Forge began with a simple frustration and a stubborn belief: that fitness should be coached, calm, and built to last a lifetime — not sold by the month.

Our Story

It started on a worn-out platform.

In 2019, head coach Marcus Reyes was renting two squat racks in the corner of a crowded big-box gym, writing programs by hand for a handful of athletes who deserved better than a screen-fed workout. The waitlist grew faster than the space ever could.

So he built the room he always wanted to coach in — calibrated steel, capped membership, and a recovery lab that treats rest as training. Forge Athletic Club opened its doors in Palm Beach Gardens with one promise: walk in a member, never a number.

Years later, that promise still runs the place. We've grown the team and the floor, but the ratio of care has never dropped. Heat, pressure, time — that's how you forge something that lasts. We just apply it to people.

What We Stand For

Coaching is craft

A program is a relationship, not a PDF. Our coaches study your movement, your history, and your life — then write something only you could follow.

Quality over quantity

Membership is capped on purpose. A calmer room means open racks, real attention, and progress you can actually feel.

Recovery is training

Strength is built between sessions. Sauna, mobility, and honest deloads aren't extras here — they're part of the plan.

First-timer or seasoned lifter, the standard is the same: meet you where you are and take you somewhere better.
